Yukon Territory

Long drive to Watson Lake, but another beautiful ride in the mountains with many sightings of wild animals. We spotted four bears at various places! We also saw deer, wood bison and a red fox. It was a busy ride of wildlife and gorgeous scenery.

Muncho Lake

Muncho Lake is down the road from Toad River. It is part of the Muncho Lake Provincial Park.
The down-side is the continuing construction. This delayed us about 25 minutes. That includes waiting for the Pilot Car and going through a “road” at 15 mph.

When we arrived at the campground, we immediately walked across the road and went to see a show at the Northern Lights Centre.
